Hydraulic electromagnets
ESA Series
The ESA series hydraulic electromagnets are designed to facilitate the handling and recovery of ferrous materials, particularly scrap metal for recycling.
Their design allows the hydraulic magnets to be easily installed on excavators, loaders and cranes, making them essential tools for demolition sites and recycling plants.
These electromagnets do not require additional power supply systems, as they feed directly through the hydraulic circuit of the machine on which they are mounted, thus offering autonomous and flexible operation.
For example, they can be connected to the rotation circuit of a loader’s grapple or the hammer line of an excavator, ensuring smooth integration and efficient use on different types of machines on industrial worksites.
Main features of hydraulic electromagnets
The ESA series hydraulic electromagnets operate autonomously by connecting directly to the hydraulic flow of the machinery on which they are mounted, eliminating the need for separate controls. This system ensures great flexibility of use and broad compatibility with most vehicles commonly found on demolition sites and in ferrous material recovery facilities.
Among the main advantages are:
- No additional power supply: power is supplied directly through the hydraulic connection.
- Flexibility and adaptability: easily adaptable to different machines, such as excavators and hydraulic loaders.
- Durability and build quality: designed for intensive use and demanding conditions, they ensure long-lasting performance. The use of wear-resistant materials in strategic positions enhances the electromagnet’s lifespan.
- Extra fast demagnetisation: no downtime on site.
- Flow control valve: this special valve ensures the hydraulic motor always receives the correct amount of oil, even during sudden peaks, preventing electrical failures.
- Magnetic plate machined from a solid block: maximum magnetic efficiency
- Possibility of 360-degree rotation: useful for precise positioning of sheets or long beams.
Versions of hydraulic electromagnets
TH version: Complete hydraulic electromagnet with handling teeth
Designed for heavy-duty tasks, the TH version stands out for its reinforced structure and adaptability to heavy demolition work. This model,
with its customised attachment plate, allows the installation of any type of bracket, including hydraulic quick couplers (OilQuick, Lehnhoff, Liebherr, etc.).
In addition to the quick coupler bracket, this version is equipped with two sets of opposing teeth (claws) on the magnetic plate, facilitating material sorting on the ground and enabling the efficient recovery of ferrous scrap.
As with the HEH version, the TH model also features an LED indicator for monitoring the oil flow rate, ensuring accurate control during operations.

Why choose a hydraulic magnet?
Purchasing a hydraulic magnet represents a strategic investment for those operating in the demolition, recycling, and industrial handling sectors.
With its ability to simplify the recovery and transportation of ferrous materials, this tool offers numerous benefits in terms of efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
A source of income through iron resale
Hydraulic magnets enable the quick and effective recovery of iron and steel from worksites, transforming what would otherwise be waste into valuable resources. The ability to resell ferrous materials generates significant added value, improving the overall profitability of operations.
Safety and efficiency on the construction site
The use of a hydraulic magnet reduces the risk of injury and damage, protecting both personnel and equipment. This tool prevents dangerous ferrous objects from causing damage to shredders or wheeled vehicles, improving overall safety on the construction site.
A contribution to the circular economy
Hydraulic magnets have a fundamental role in the circular economy by promoting the recovery and recycling of ferrous materials. This practice not only reduces waste, but also helps minimize the environmental impact of industrial operations, supporting a more sustainable and responsible development model.
